Not necessarily — as long as we have access to the grill and any required utilities like water, electricity, & propane in the tank,  you don’t need to be home during the service.

We partially disassemble components like grates and burners to ensure a thorough clean, but we do not perform major dismantling or structural repairs unless arranged beforehand.
